Frequently Asked Questions
HOW LONG WILL EACH SESSION LAST?
Bootcamp classes, Group Training sessions and One-to-One Personal Training sessions last 60 minutes. If the session starts late for whatever reason and there is another group immediately after, then the session will have to finish on time. Otherwise, upto 15 minutes late, the 60 minute session will be completed
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
You do not need to book bootcamp classes, just turn up! For Group Training sessions and One-to-One Personal Training sessions please provide 24 hours or more notice, and the session can be rearranged. Anything less will unfortunately result in the session being lost
HOW LONG DO I GET TO COMPLETE MY SESSIONS?
Block booked bootcamp sessions and group training sessions will expire 16 weeks from the date of booking. There is no expiration date on 1:1 training, but based on our experience it is advised that you complete the sessions within 3 months in order to acheive your goals
IF I ORGANISE GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING, WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE DROPS OUT?
All prepaid sessions are non-refundable. However, if you have another person willing to take their place, then please let us know. Remember, the new member will need to complete the health questionnaire
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Each person must bring a completed health questionnaire to their first session. This can be downloaded from our website, or provided to you at your first session. Water will be provided for you by your instructor
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Loose fitting and comfortable clothes along with comfortable trainers. Shorts and T-shirt are advisable during the summer to avoid overheating. Tracksuit bottoms and a rainproof jacket is advisable during the winter

ARE YOU INSURED?
Each instructor is covered for public liability and has a basic first aid qualification
WHERE DO WE MEET?
Each park has its own designated meeting point which can be found on the Our Parks page
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Anyone aged between 16 and 70 can train with ProActive Fitness
