ProActive Fitness are specialists in group outdoor training. Our bootcamp style outdoor exercise classes are designed to increase your fitness, strength and stamina. But most importantly, they are fun! We offer much more than the average bootcamp class - as a member you will receive your very own nutritional guide, designed to help you along your health and fitness journey. With sessions 6 days a week there really is no better time to join our bootcamp classes.
For those requiring more of a personalised approach, our one-to-one personal training packages are just for you. These sessions not only allow flexible times to train, but are also designed around you - your lifestyle and ability, and more importantly, your goals. Sessions are held in our Heald Green gym.
As an alternative to one-to-one personal training, we also offer the option of group personal training. Designed for you and your friends to not only train together, but also choose the time you would like to train. Flexible, challenging and fun... we custom design our training sessions to ensure they are right for each group. Surprise yourself with how much fun you can have keeping fit with your friends, whilst our instructors push and motivate you to achieve the results you want.
We also provide a personalised 4 week training programme that is designed specifically for you, taking into account your lifestyle, likes and dislikes, and fitness goals. Together with our free nutritional guide you will be able to get the most out of exercising, taking you closer to your health and fitness goals.
