Equipment and Advice
Traffic, weather, time, work and family commitments... these are all barriers that could potentially stop you from attending our fitness classes. This could have a huge impact on your health and fitness goals, something that we at ProActive Fitness seriously dislike - but now we are fighting back!
SELECTING & PURCHASING EXERCISE EQUIPMENT
Our instructors are often asked by members for advice on purchasing exercise equipment that will enable them to exercise when and where is convenient for them. We are always happy to help, and we are more than happy to select and purchase high quality items that we feel are right for you.
Items we are able to purchase for you include, but are not limited to, kettle bells and foam rollers. Full price details will be provided beforehand, and if you are happy, we will purchase on your behalf and provide you with your item at bootcamp sessions (or by alternative arrangement if required).

GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR EQUIPMENT
You have purchased your equipment to help you to work-out when and where you like, but what next? It is very important that you use your equipment correctly so that you get the most out of it, and to ensure you avoid injury.
We highly recommend booking a one-to-one session with our instructors where we will be able to provide advice and guidance on using your equipment. Through understanding what your goals and aspirations are, we can draw up a personalised programme for you to follow. We will be happy to meet you at home, or at our studio in Didsbury.
