Designed for people who already know the ProActive trainers and are familiar with the exercises and fitness regimes, and therefore don't require a personal training session to have a plan drawn up.
A member of the team will be assigned to you and will draw up your personalized plan, taking into account your lifestyle, likes and dislikes, and fitness goals.
Your personalised plan will be delivered by email.
£49 Including 90 minute personal training session
Designed for people who are not currently members, or members who would like some personal coaching of their 4 week plan.
Your trainer will get to know you, and your lifestyle and fitness goals. They will measure your current strength and fitness to ensure it is factored into your plan, and will coach you through the exercises and routines included in your plan to ensure you are comfortable with what to do.
